To promote consistency and simplify reporting, OSI has developed a standardized reporting template and dedicated email for the submission process. Each month, carriers must complete the Monthly Member Enrollment template available in this section and submit it to the email address listed below. Carriers are responsible for ensuring submissions are accurate and received by the 15th of each month. Any related guidance, updates, or bulletins will also be posted here for reference. June 26, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION AMENDED BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers.
