February 1, 2024 Announcements NOTICE REGARDING THE OSI eDOCKET The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance is issuing this announcement regarding the OSI EDocket system.Due to the September 2023 Cyber Incident, our EDocket system has been inaccessible to the public and to OSI.The OSI IT team has been able to restore the EDocket system and will commence the process of making it available for public access. In the meantime, OSI will begin filing the backlog of documents into the appropriate cases which will result in recipients being e-served from the system regarding any cases you are a party to.PUBLIC USERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM JUST YET.However, public access will be restored soon. June 26, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION AMENDED BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers. The appropriation was part of a supplemental appropriation package passed in 2025.
