December 21, 2023 News Releases CYBER INCIDENT UPDATE NEW MEXICO – Today, the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) announced that its website is now fully functional. All complaint forms and the service of process functions are running at full capacity online. OSI’s systems were temporarily disabled in response to a cyber security incident in September of 2023.“Our team has worked tirelessly to not only get our systems back up and running, but to ensure our cyber security protocols are stronger than ever,” said Superintendent Alice Kane. “I want to thank my team for their hard work and dedication, as well as the New Mexico Department of Information Technology for helping us to reach this critical milestone.”OSI will continue to provide the public with updates on a regular basis.CYBER INCIDENT UPDATE

June 26, 2026 Bulletins MEDICAL MALPRACTICE PREMIUM REDUCTION AMENDED BULLETIN 2026-010: The New Mexico State Legislature appropriated $5 million to the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) to address medical malpractice insurance costs for individual providers.
